Seitz, Van Ogtrop & Green, P.A., was formed in Wilmington, Delaware, in 1999. Our attorneys left large firms that handled complex litigation matters to establish a law firm with quality legal service for every client. We started the firm because we wanted to focus just on litigation and trial practice areas and wanted the flexibility to handle our clients' affairs in a prompt and thoughtful manner. As a smaller firm, we have the freedom to take the extra step for our clients. Our overhead is smaller and we are able to provide reasonable, cost-effective representation while offering the skilled legal representation a person would find at a larger law firm.
