Mr. Guerke concentrates his practice in the area of commercial, construction, personal injury, and bankruptcy litigation. He began his legal career as law clerk for the Honorable Jerome O. Herlihy of the Delaware Superior Court after he graduated from Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law in 2001. Mr. Guerke represents clients in all Delaware Courts. He is a member of the Delaware Bar Association, Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, and American Bar Association. Mr. Guerke was the District 7 Representative to the American Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division from 2004-2006.
