Mr. Green has been a trial lawyer since 1972. He is admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. In his 35 years of practice, he has tried more than 100 cases to verdict and has participated as an advocate, arbitrator or mediator in well over 200 alternate dispute resolution proceedings. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, whose membership is limited to one percent (1%) of trial lawyers in a state. He has also been elected as a Fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, which limits its membership to 500 trial lawyers in the United States. Mr. Green was recently elected to membership in the International Society of Barristers. Mr. Green is a charter member of the Delaware Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates ("ABOTA") and served on its National Board from 1991 to 1999. ABOTA membership is restricted to trial lawyers (plaintiff and defense) who have tried at least 20 jury trials to verdict. Mr. Green is featured in Who's Who in America and Best Lawyers in America and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, having achieved numerous verdicts and awards in excess of one million dollars for his clients.
Mr. Green has devoted his career to trial practice and the needs of individuals and corporations or other business entities that need to sue or are being sued.
He devotes his personal attention, experience, and expertise to every client's case.

Mr. Green has lectured extensively in the areas of trial practice and procedure, construction law, and litigation and professionalism. He has participated in numerous Masters in Trial Programs throughout the country presented by the American Board of Trial Advocates.
